This role has a starting salary of £45,680 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week.
The role is available as a 12-month secondment opportunity. Please discuss with your Line Manager before submitting your application.
This is a new role supporting our Integrated Reablement Service to deliver essential care and support to individuals in their own homes across Surrey.

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Finance & Resource Manager to oversee the business-related functions within our Integrated Reablement Service. This role involves effective analysis, planning, implementation, and monitoring of finance and resource requirements to ensure optimal service delivery and value for money.
You will be the line manager of a small team of staff and be accountable to the Head of Integrated Reablement Services. The team are currently based in Leatherhead and will move to a new location soon. Further information regarding the working pattern can be discussed at interview.

* A technical understanding of resource scheduling systems.
