Position: MIG Welder
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Working Hours: Rotating shifts – 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £14 - £16.50 per hour (based on experience)

Your Role as a MIG Welder:
Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components, ensuring strong and clean welds
Set up and adjust welding equipment for different materials and specifications
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and quality
Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools to maintain weld integrity
Work with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health & safety procedures
Support grinding and finishing of welded components as required
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing or fabrication setting
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
Experience with grinding and finishing welded components
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)
