Location/Division Specific Information
This is a fully remote position with the Clinical Trials Division (CTD) working with global remote and site-based employees in the support of the global Commercial Operations Team. CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time – a concept that we internally embrace as “There is a Patient Waiting.” Our unique blend of services includes project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management and specialty logistics, ancillary supply management, clinical supply optimization, bio-repository storage and much more. How will you make an impact?
The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting global programs by supporting client communication, reporting, administrative tasks and problem solving while working closely with Global Program Directors and cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement while promoting our core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement. Program Coordinators will gain valuable experience in supporting complex client interactions, driving process efficiencies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization, all within a supportive and dynamic work environment that values your professional development and will have a direct impact on customer experience by supporting the CTD Commercial Operations team.

Education
* Two- or Four-year degree from an accredited college, university or recognized professional degree, in a health-related field is preferred.
Experience
* Pharmaceutical Industry background, preferably including Clinical Trial experience or equivalent competencies
* Ability to complete support tasks (administrative, operational or technical)
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
* Experience working remotely preferred
