Job summary Due to an internal secondment Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust (HCT) are seeking to recruit a dynamic and driven leader with a passion for improving outcomes for Children and Young People (CYP) with Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to manage Step2 a county wide, early intervention child and adolescent mental health (CAMHS) service. The service works with CYP people aged 0-19 years with mild to moderate mental health difficulties offering brief, goal focused interventions to CYP and families. The post holder will provide skilled leadership to the Step2 service and provide direct day to day line management of the Senior Leadership team. In addition, they will liaise and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain positive working relationships including Education services, Voluntary Sector, and parent-carers.
