The Pharmacy department are looking for Bank Pharmacy Technician to work within our friendly Pharmacy teams at Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust, at our Winchester site, ideally to work in our Outpatient Pharmacy Department.
We are looking for reliable and flexible pharmacy technician with excellent organisational skills. As a member of the Outpatient Pharmacy team, you would contribute to the provision of a range of pharmaceutical service to include issuing prescriptions, giving advice where appropriate, working alongside Pharmacists and Pharmacy technicians and dispensers to ensure all pharmacy duties are carried out in accordance with legal guidelines and departmental procedures to meet the needs of our patients. This post would suit somebody with a hospital pharmacy background, or with community pharmacy experience wishing to make a change into the hospital environment. Further training and development will be provided.
You must have either successfully achieved the relevant units of pharmacy services skills NVQ level 2 (QCF) or the relevant units of an equivalent GPhC accredited training programme.
