Job description SourceCo are proud to work in partnership with a national produce supplier who are looking for a Grower to join the team Job Title Grower Pay Rates - £13 per hour Start date Immediate starts available Location Offenham Job Type Temporary ongoing Shifts available 0700-1700 Monday-Saturday, must be flexible with start and finish time. What does the Grower role involve? Monitor and Maintain media moisture through watering and feeding crops Monitor crop performance Ensure correct spray application of pesticides and plant growth regulators as instructed Gain knowledge of pests and disease Follow and maintain all health and safety Requirements Maintain all records Report equipment failures Additional Benefits: Ongoing training, on-site parking, free parking, canteen facilities on site. Minimum experience, training or qualifications required for the Grower Role: Must have experience with crop spraying equipment and hold relevant certificates and experience within a similar role would be desirable.
