You will have excellent and proven experience managing a busy payroll function:
1. Reporting weekly payroll functions
2. Managing a portfolio of client data
3. Keeping up to date with payroll trends, product enhancements, industry developments and HR legislation.
4. Resolving issues raised from clients and contractors.
5. Regularly liaise with internal departments
6. Manage monthly and weekly management meetings.
7. Analyse payroll data to ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
8. Updating and chasing outstanding timesheets for the UK team
You will have previously worked in a similar role where you have managed the payroll function. You will be diligent, highly coordinated with the ability to build strong relationships.
