£23,528 - £23,909 per year (Grade 4B term time pro rata)

We require a full-time Nursery Nurse/Key Worker/Teaching Assistant to join our friendly school which thrives on a strong team approach, fantastic children, high standards and a caring ethos.
The post requires staff to attend staff meetings for an hour on Wednesdays from 4pm-5pm. You may also be required to cover breakfast & after school club.
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and hard-working applicants who have a good understanding of the principles of the EYFS and how young children learn and develop.
Key Worker duties include, but are not limited to:
* Planning
* Assessment & observation
* Attend training, CPD
* Attend planning meetings, staff meetings
* Setting up the nursery
The role will include supporting individuals, small groups and child-initiated play. Support all aspects of the nursery including setting up and maintaining high-quality provision, health and safety checks, risk assessments, first aid, assessment and observation of children, and supporting the running of Forest Schools based activities.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and online checks may be carried out. All applicants will be interviewed by a panel and be observed working with children in the nursery setting by a member of the SLT.
