Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
Working as an Events Manager you’ll be responsible for planning, organising, and executing various events to support business development and marketing goals. This role includes managing client events, ensuring high standards of delivery and achieving client satisfaction. The events manager will collaborate closely with the Campaigns Manager and will be an integral part of the Campaigns & Acquisitions team.
1. Plan, organise and execute event strategies to meet business development and marketing objectives.
2. Manage client events, ensuring high standards of delivery and client satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the Campaigns manager and the Campaigns & Acquisition team.
4. Identify and participate in relevant industry events, trade shows and conferences.
5. Effectively manage event budgets, track expenses and provide regular MI.
6. Conduct post event evaluations to assess success and areas of concern.
About You
7. Proven experience in event management, preferably within professional services environment.
8. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
9. Proficient in event management software and tools.
10. Creative mindset to develop innovative event concepts and experiences.
11. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
12. Willingness to travel as required.
