What you will be doing...
* Coordinate and assist with all EPOS data changes on all Retail Systems platforms - including menus, promotions, activity timetables and retail products.
* Establish good relationships with key stakeholders, especially Food & Beverage Operations and Marketing Teams, to ensure that the Retail Systems team supports the delivery of key business initiatives within required timescales.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange installation or movement of Retail Systems equipment.
* Some travel may be required to visit locations to perform system health checks or to assist with new development implementations.
* Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles.
* Provision of accurate and timely incident resolution and service request management within agreed SLAs.
