We’re looking for a passionate and hardworking Corporate Sales Manager to join us! We have ambitious and exciting plans for the future.
Could you be what we’re looking for?
You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales, corporate team, and operations to create a strategic and commercial plan to grow the corporate side of our venues.
The Role
* Pro-actively lead the development of relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Promote the brand and raise the profile of the business.
* Build a corporate database and drive group sales.
* Attend networking events, trade shows, and other opportunities to market the brand with a focus on large group sales.
* Create and manage relationships with third-party agencies and work with marketing to build out the brand platforms.
* Host and arrange internal networking events and showcases.
* Report proactive revenue and exceed targets.
* Manage any staff recruited for this department.
* Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic proactive plans.
* Willingness to travel around the UK if required.
* Handle inbound bookings for semi-private/private areas, private rooms, or half/full venue hire only.
Working Arrangement
* Based full-time in our venues.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays when required.
* Hotel overnight stays as required to meet the needs of the business.
* Attend and participate in company meetings.
* Multiple platforms for communicating with HQ support and site teams, including phone, email, and Teams.
