Are you a highly skilled and motivated Gas Engineer seeking a rewarding opportunity with excellent earning potential?
Our client, a leading provider of services to the social housing sector, is looking for a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join their team covering Wigan and the wider Manchester area.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out annual gas safety checks (CP12s) and services on domestic properties within social housing contracts.
* Diagnose and repair gas appliances efficiently and effectively.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure tenant satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and gas safety documentation.
* Participate in a standby rota system.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Essential: Domestic Gas ACS Certificates (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
* Full UK driving license with a clean record.
* Experience working within social housing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
* OTE: Up to GBP50,000 per annum (Basic salary plus bonus payments for completed CP12s and services) (
1 GBP12 per job per day once 8 are compleated : 12:14 sheduled per day
* Standby Rota: 3 days out of every 21
1 Standby Payments: GBP15 per weekday (Monday : Friday), GBP30 per day (Saturday and Sunday)
2 Job Payments (whilst on standby): GBP18 per completed job, GBP9 per no access.
* Company Van, Fuel Card, Analyser, PPE, Uniform, PDA, and all necessary tools provided.
