Alfa Leisureplex Group has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join our team based at the Groups Central Office located in Euxton, Chorley. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role within our social media team, where you’ll be responsible for creating and managing a variety of engaging digital content across multiple platforms. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and strategy, working both collaboratively and independently within the marketing team to produce high-quality, on-brand content that drives engagement and growth. This role is predominantly office based, with some flexibility around working days and hours. Ideally, we are looking for somebody who can work 5 days a week over 37.5 hours. As the business is 7 days a week, if you are comfortable working some weekend days, this would be an advantage. The starting salary for this role is £26,250 – £27,300 per annum with consideration given to relevant skills and experience. Being a Social Media Executive As a Social Media Executive reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be involved in managing social media channels, campaigns, and online reviews to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. You will be involved in research and analysis on social media trends, which will include social media ad revenue and work to build and improve our social media presence and campaign efficiency. You will work with other departments to promote our overall brand through social media channels. You will also be creating compelling and engaging content, monitoring engagement, receiving feedback, responding to customer questions and replying to customer reviews on a variety of platforms.
