Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
2. Create new referral partnerships with solicitors, brokers, and agents.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
8. Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
Skills
1. Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
6. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £30,346.00-£32,389.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
