In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, serving of nutritious meals while ensuring excellent customer service and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily catering operations, ensuring smooth preparation, cooking, and serving of meals. Plan compliance of menus in accordance with current policy, cost and identifying unit needs. Maintain quality control and hygiene practices in food handling and kitchen management. Promote and enhance the school's catering service through excellent customer care. Train and develop the catering staff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
