Working closely with the Supported Employment Manager and the supported employment team to provide comprehensive administration support.

The role:
- To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Supported Employment Manager in performing his/her role, acting as a point of contact both internally and externally in the Supported Employment Manager's absence.
- To be the key point of contact both over the telephone and in written communication for the Are
- Establish and maintain appropriate administrative systems, records and filing systems on behalf of the Supported Employment Manager.
- To have delegated responsibility for the administration of the Dimensions Online and liaise with payroll and other functions, as necessary, to resolve any outstanding issues.
