Customer Service Advisor - Warrington.
The Role is for a Customer Service Advisor, working with a company that specialises in dedicated call support to vulnerable and older people.
Job Duties Include:
* Speaking to Customers over the phone (Outbound and Inbound)
* Confirming Customer's Safety
* Helping report repairs for Customers
* Speaking to Housing Officers and other Family Members

Position Details:
* We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available for this role to suit individuals' needs.
* The shifts will be confirmed upon interview/telephone consultation with our Consultant but will be a mixture of shifts on a set rota basis.
* The Salary for this role is £11.56 per hour, which equates to £18,815 per annum based on an average 31.3 hour working week.
Shift Examples:
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30-5.30
* Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8.30-5.30
* Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30-5.30
* Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 1pm until 10.15pm
(An evening shift will be required once every 4 weeks working 1pm until 10.15pm)
