Position: HR Advisor - Immediately available temp to perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees.
* Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Support recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification.
* 2-3 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
