The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Inspire students to develop confidence in mathematical concepts and problem-solving.
* Differentiate lessons to support all learners and ensure progress for every student.
* Assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Contribute to curriculum development and participate in departmental initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE or equivalent).
* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level, with strong subject knowledge.
* A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
* A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school’s ethos.
