The vacancy
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to take on a vibrant and rewarding role within the Housing Sector. Working for Aspire Housing, you will deliver a dynamic housing and tenancy management service within Newcastle-under-Lyme and beyond. Engaging with our customers and communities is at the forefront of this role, embodying the ‘People First’ ethos. This is a fantastic chance to utilize your housing knowledge and experience to work with an innovative team to meet service demands around housing, tenancy, and neighbourhood management objectives.
1. Enhance performance and delivery for Aspire Housing, supporting a team to provide customer-centric services.
2. Take responsibility for working within a locality-focused team, applying your knowledge and experience to make a positive impact for our customers.
3. Develop partnerships and attend relevant meetings to support key objectives.
4. Lead community events and projects aligned with the locality working model.
5. Support service development to ensure it continues to meet customer and business needs.
6. Provide expert advice to the team on tenancy and estate management cases.
