Lead Quality Team in Broughton for Boccard, a specialist in nuclear energy engineering, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance. Manage Quality Control inspection and documentation, ensuring process improvements and compliance with requirements.
Responsible for the Manufacturing Quality Control Team, ensuring compliance with requirements, focusing on improvements and safety. Ensure the team is trained and SQEP are in-place for each role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Define required resources and priorities with Manufacturing Manager.
* Work with QHSE Manager and Project Quality Manager to ensure quality manufacturing standards and procedures are followed.
* Have full autonomy of planning daily, weekly, and monthly department targets in-line with project demands.

* Knowledgeable of ISO 9001, ISO 19443, and Nuclear New Build Requirements.
* Advanced knowledge of modern welding procedures and MS Pack Office (especially Excel).

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills based on facts.
* Ability to carry out Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Business, or related field with a track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Continuous Improvement.
