Production Supervisor (Windows, Doors, Customer Services, Residence, R7, R9, Timeless)
Midlands - in office/Hybrid
£28,000 - £38,000 + £4k bonus + 4% pension contribution + Company benefits

This role would suit a Production Supervisor or similar with a Windows and Doors background, as well as full exposure to PVC premium products, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.
THE ROLE:
* Production Supervision of PVC premium products, including Residence, R7, R9 and Timeless
* Overseeing Residence section within the PVC production
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvement
THE PERSON:
* Experience of Residence, R7, R9, Timeless
* Experience with PVC factory premium products
* Experience within manufacturing
* Experience with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Must have experience in the Windows and Door or PVC Manufacturing industry
