We are currently searching for a Social and Influencer Assistant to join the team.
As our Social and Influencer Assistant, you will join the team to support the Social and Influencer Manager in growing and engaging our social media community. This is an excellent opportunity if you are enthusiastic, organised and creative, with a demonstrable passion for social media, content creation and influencer marketing, to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
* Providing day-to-day support to the Social and Influencer Manager in managing all social media platforms and implementing the social growth strategy.
* Assisting with maintaining the social content calendar, including scheduling and publishing content across platforms.
* Monitoring and reporting on social media performance, gathering insights and identifying trends to share with the team.
* Supporting the execution of influencer and UGC strategies, helping to build relationships with content creators, agencies and talent.
* Helping monitor and engaging social media communities, working with Customer Care to ensure timely and brand-aligned responses to comments and queries.
* Coordinating with and briefing the Creative Team and Brand Editor to ensure BAU and campaign assets are aligned with platform best practices and meeting content requirements.
* Assisting in planning and executing seasonal and ad-hoc brand campaigns across all social platforms.
* Supporting social-first shoots and content creation projects in collaboration with the Social and Creative teams.
* Maintaining the social budget tracker, liaising with Finance to set up vendors and process invoices.
* Staying informed about social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, sharing updates with the team.
* Helping manage sample trafficking and stock transfers to support influencer gifting and content creation projects.
* Collaborating with the wider Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to align calendars, campaigns and content priorities.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Relevant experience in a previous role or internship, ideally within a fashion or retail brand.
* Familiarity with social media management and reporting tools, such as Dash Social, Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
* A strong interest in fashion/style, social media, and digital marketing trends.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise a diverse workload.
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude, ready to contribute to a busy and fast-paced environment.
