The Admissions Office plays a vital role within the school. For the majority of prospective parents, it is their first contact with St Paul’s School. The post holder will work closely with all the staff in the Admissions Office to provide a professional, positive and friendly service.
The Admissions Assistant will provide administrative support to the Admissions Office, working closely with all the team, but especially the Registrar and Assistant Registrars.
Hours:The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The role is offered on a term time plus 8 weeks basis.
The post-holder will also be expected to work occasional Saturdays for our assessment days and open events, for which Time Off in Lieu will be given.
