HA Civils are a sector-leading Highways Contractor looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our finance team based in our Liverpool Office.
The successful applicant will receive training on the job to develop the skills required to achieve a successful career. Expected to train for accountancy qualifications, support for training and fees is provided subject to successful probation period.
As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Provide high quality financial support as part of the finance team.
* Purchase Ledger - uploading and coding of invoices.
* Credit Control and Maintaining Debtors.
* Assist payroll manager with weekly payroll.
* Assist Financial Controller with monthly preparation of financial statements.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience with Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work within a team but confident working alone.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence and experience to contribute new ideas towards company growth.
* Excellent attention to detail.
