1. Salary £36,000 to £42,000 per annum

What we’re looking for:
Longevity is key in our search for our client’s new Head Pastry Chef.
A proven track record of maintaining a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef position in a similar environment of 3AA Rosette is needed.
This is a guest facing role so the ability to interact and communicate easily with people is essential.
What’s involved?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef to join a new team and create and develop dishes for the Pastry section alongside the Head Chef.
The hotel has a popular afternoon tea offering, roughly 25 weddings per year and a busy fine dining restaurant offering a tasting menu.
The Head Chef has designed the menu to reflect a playful and fun interaction for guests using the best suppliers.
