Cygnet Delfryn has a total of 58 beds across 3 services The Lodge: The Lodge is our high support inpatient rehabilitation service providing 24 beds for women who have severe and enduring mental illness. The House: The House is our high support inpatient rehabilitation service providing 28 beds for men who have severe and enduring mental illness. Rhyd Alyn: Rhyd Alyn is a six bed community rehabilitation service for women who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway at the Lodge. We also accept referrals from other high dependency inpatient rehabilitation services as well as directly from the community. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Operations Director, our Hospital Directors are responsible for providing strong and effective leadership to the onsite teams in order to ensure the key objectives are met; Ensure regulatory compliance with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales Achieve Good or Outstanding Overall ratings with our internal quality team. No service to be rated below Good in any domain by our internal quality team for more than 6 months. Achieve budget EBITDA for each service. Achieve budget occupancy as a minimum. Agency use to be below 9% Off shift hours to be less than 20% Staff turnover to be less than 25% You will have… Leadership experience in a mental health inpatient service A clinical background and qualification The ability to work as part of a team; lead by example, manage performance effectively and use own initiative Experience of working to regulatory guidelines, and a knowledge of legislation and regulatory standards relevant to Healthcare Inspectorate Wales.
