About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, growing business. Our client is a multiple award-winning provider of Health & Safety, HR, and Employment Law services, leading the market for over 80 years.
We are seeking a proactive, driven BDM with a proven B2B sales record, strong lead generation skills, and an excellent consultative 'value-based' selling approach. The role offers a guaranteed minimum salary of £60,000, with a realistic OTE of £90,000, and top performers earning over £150,000. Benefits include a company car (Tesla or other hybrid/electric vehicles) or a car allowance of £5,000, quarterly bonuses, company holidays, and more.
Responsibilities
1. Attend face-to-face appointments booked by telemarketing partners, with a focus on closing deals.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities, explore new markets, and build prospective relationships.
3. Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
4. Build and maintain a sales pipeline proactively.
Candidate Requirements
1. At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, industry-specific experience not required.
2. Confident in consultative, value-based selling.
3. Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse prospects, including business owners and HR managers.
4. Proven success in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
5. Previous field-based experience is essential.
