Main responsibilities of the role are planning the allocation of human and other resources appropriately to ensure safe and timely completion of required tasks ensuring work is completed safely in accordance with relevant legislation, guidance and procedures and to the required standard various HR processes including team meetings, 1-2-1s, absence management, performance management, training and investigations undertaking training in preparation of graves, use of grounds maintenance equipment, operation of cremators, memorial safety testing and other operation duties ensuring materials and equipment required are available and, where relevant, properly maintained and deployed.
