Responsibilities
1. Exhibit dynamic classroom leadership and ensure the highest standards of learning and teaching are delivered.
2. Ensure the fluid process of departmental monitoring and tracking.
3. Accurately implement GIRFEC procedures and paperwork in a timely manner.
4. Deliver on the key drivers and priorities within the National Improvement Framework, focusing on ongoing faculty improvement priorities.
5. Organize work to meet learners' needs, ensuring young people effectively access their learning and the wider curriculum.
Qualifications
You must possess GTCS registration in primary or secondary education with relevant experience supporting targeted groups of BGE learners (especially within 1st and 2nd level).
Additional Information
The post is temporary, full-time, until June 2026. The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. It is Stirling Council's policy to ask that you pay for this if you are on point 4 or above of the main-grade teachers scale.
