Technical Coordinator – Data Administrator
Client: BAE Systems
Location: Barrow in Furness
Contract Length: 12 months, 37 hours per week
Rate: £16.50 per hour PAYE
Working arrangements: Full-time onsite initially, with potential hybrid (3-4 days onsite) after training
Clearance: Full SC & Occupational Health clearance required before start
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to provide specialist administrative support within our HR team. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support HR functions with high-level administrative tasks.
* Manage and analyse data using Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).
* Attend and contribute to meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, managing sensitive information.
* Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with document management systems.
* Problem-solving and data coordination, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
* Proven administrative experience in a business support role.
* Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent communication skills with a good command of English grammar.
* Ability to manage workloads independently while working as part of a team.
* Experience handling confidential information and working with sensitive data.
* Comprehensive Microsoft Office knowledge and IT system proficiency.
