A superb, newly created Talent Development Manager role is now available at a high performance, Financial Services business based in the City. The business currently has over 6000 employees globally and continues to grow. This is a new role and the individual will be setting up a TM function.
Reporting directly into the Head of Talent, this role will be both broad and dynamic and will cover a huge spectrum of Talent initiatives from what talent is needed to be brought in, talent management, development, succession, identifying skills gaps, improving team cohesiveness/performance, and assessments. Most notably, as this is a new role, this person will be the go-to/CoE and will be responsible for the implementation of the strategy and working closely with HR and business heads.
We are looking for highly motivated Talent Management professionals that are seeking a rewarding challenge in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will need to come from a Financial Services or Professional Services background and have both breadth and depth of experience to bring new ideas to the table.
