The Senior Fashion Editor reports into the Fashion Director. This role provides and supports the style leadership and aesthetic for the NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER brands across all content and platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
* Proposing concepts for fashion stories across all business areas
* Styling shoots for all platforms, including PORTER, The Journal, social media, and marketing
* Introducing talent, including photographers, to the business
* Collaborating with commercial teams on investments, exclusives, and projects
* Managing jewellery shoots, ensuring product variety and sufficient 'buy' and 'credit' depth
* Working with Brand Partnership teams on campaigns and product investments
* Developing concepts with the Creative team, sourcing images and props, and approving layouts
* Handling samples, stock, and jewelry for shoots
* Representing the brand during presentations and shoots
* Managing budgets and deadlines, working with Production
* Collaborating with buy teams to align content with sales insights
* Deputising for the Deputy Fashion Director when needed
* Managing and developing a small team, including performance reviews
* Traveling internationally as required
Ideal candidate profile:
* Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry
* Extensive industry relationships with photographers, PRs, and agents
* Knowledge of runway trends and current seasons
* Impressive portfolio of fashion stories and sittings
* Experience working with A-list talent
* Leadership and team management skills
* Ability to manage assistants and an extensive calendar
* Unique style and alignment with NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER aesthetics
* Highly organized, efficient, and proactive
* Strong styling aesthetic and portfolio
* Adaptability and effective working under time constraints
* Attention to detail and ability to respond to business needs
* Passion for positioning NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER as top online fashion destinations
