The project coordinator is a pivotal role in the business which requires a dynamic and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. Assessing and understanding technical requirements, building customer relations and helping to secure business are core focus areas. In this vital role, you will support Sales Managers by conducting thorough RFQ discovery meetings, preparing accurate quotes, and negotiating competitive pricing whilst maximizing profit margins.
You will coordinate project timelines, ensure the completion of critical production documentation, and authorize product dispatch, all while maintaining smooth operations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers will be a key focus, with regular communication via phone and email to ensure projects not only meet but exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct discovery calls to drive business.
* Prepare and manage customer quotations.
* Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve commercial targets.
* Enter data into MRP/CRM systems.
* Negotiate prices and close sales opportunities.
* Attend production and technical meetings as required.
* Complete production documentation, including route sheets.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships through various communication channels.
* Report daily and weekly activities to relevant business areas.

Work Environment:
Based at the Teesside facility, DL2 1NA
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience.
Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:30, must be willing to be flexible to meet business need.
