Compass Associates are working with a national provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a large portfolio of Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across the UK.
We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to take on a new supported living development situated near Worksop. The site currently consists of 6 self-contained apartments and will support adult males with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and those who may also have forensic histories. The service has long term plans to add an additional 4 apartments to increase occupancy capacity to 10. The service has recently registered with CQC and therefore has no inspection history.
Person Specification:
Due to the service being new and recently CQC registered, the post requires experience with either setting up or being involved in the opening of a new service, with experience of dealing with referrals and assessments, recruitment of a new staff team and liaising with external stakeholders. Applicants must have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism.
