We are a forward-thinking organisation committed to driving digital engagement and enhancing the self-service capabilities of our members. Our Chief Digital Office is at the heart of our strategy, and we are looking for a talented Digital App Analyst to join our team.
As a Digital App Analyst, you will work within the Chief Digital Office alongside our Digital Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide data, reporting, automated tools, and analysis to illustrate a comprehensive picture of our mobile app's performance. You will interact with senior stakeholders across digital, product, marketing, acquisition, and data teams to deliver insights and optimise our reporting infrastructure.
What will I be doing?
* Analyse key digital journeys to optimise performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Enhance dashboards and create new self-serve functionalities to promote data democratisation.
* Provide accurate data, reporting, and dashboards to key stakeholders using our tech stack.
* Convert complex data findings into understandable presentations with concise language and visualisations.
* Support analytics, digital, and development teams to ensure optimal data capture, tagging, and reporting.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and propose improvements, working with internal and external stakeholders.
What do I need?
* Proven experience delivering insights, analysis, and identifying opportunities on digital products, with success in developing both ad-hoc and automated reporting structures to inform business decisions.
* Knowledge of digital products across web and app, including best practices and technical aspects with experience monitoring and analysing app performance.
* Strong understanding of digital data structures, reporting, and analytical techniques, with expertise in SQL and extensive experience with Power BI.
* Experience contributing to CRO initiatives and day-to-day use of Google Analytics, with an understanding of tag management processes and tracking using tools like Tealium or GTM.
* Ability to use planning and prioritisation tools such as Jira and Confluence, and understanding of R or Python is desirable.
* Personal characteristics include being a self-starter who works well in teams, approachable, able to communicate data and analytics to non-digital colleagues, strong relationship-building skills, and clear and effective communication skills.
