Job summary To provide a comprehensive Personal Assistant/ Admin support service to the Patient Experience Team, ensuring the team receives the support needed to facilitate the smooth running of the Patient Experience Team. The Patient Experience team plays a pivotal role in the reputation of the Trust, with numerous survey data received and analysed each week. The Personal Assistant role is of vital importance, as alongside the Patient Experience Facilitator, they will hold the principle responsibility for the safe collection of this data and the administration of the respective databases. They will be responsible for disseminating the data and themes to the wider organisation and supporting the subsequent actions to drive improved patient experience, using the 'You Said, We Did' concept. The Patient Experience Personal Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to oversee the smooth running of the team's community engagement work, Patient Experience conferences, forums, training, networking events and health education programmes. They will also be integral to the running of our successful volunteer Patient Leadership programme, that is constantly evolving and creating new opportunities across the Trust. Main duties of the job Coordinate, monitor and assist with patient experience activities across the Trust. Work with data to produce reports and graphs. Dissemination of results to the wider organisation. To take minutes at meetings and provide actions logs. Liaise with all staff involved in data collection, analysis, action planning and offer training regarding report writing on the database system. Work closely with the Associate Chief Nurse, planning diary booking and organising meetings. Maintain a robust administrative system. To support all members of the team to help ensure the effective operation of the team. To provide P/A support to cover in the absence of a colleague or in cases of peaks in workload. To prepare agendas and to take and transcribe minutes of specified Trust committees. Undertake volunteer interviews.
