We're working with a brilliant, growing client who's on the lookout for an Office Manager to join their small, friendly team. Based in a picturesque setting near Horstead, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and being part of a close-knit business with a real family feel.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting the business with a range of finance tasks, including:
Raising and sending invoices
Processing payroll
General bookkeeping and admin support
Using Xero to manage day-to-day accounts

You'll ideally have:
Experience in a similar accounts position
Familiarity with Xero accounting software (or willingness to learn)
A proactive, can-do approach
Confidence working independently and as part of a small team
