We are looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised reception area.
Handle mail and assist with administrative tasks.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Hours:
