The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience working within Primary Schools or SEN Schools
* Have a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
* Be able to build positive relationships with students, helping them to feel safe and supported
* Be confident in assisting students with communication challenges, sensory needs, and emotional regulation
