This role involves mentoring and supporting junior staff while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will oversee clinical competence within the team, foster professional development initiatives, implement evidence-based practices, and deliver high-quality services to patients, families, and stakeholders.You will also be responsible for managing daily ward operations, workforce planning, and budgetary adherence.
