Salesforce Administrator
\nContract - 12-month FTC (Maternity cover)
\nLocation - Andover (Hybrid)
\nSalary - Up to £46,000 + Bonus + Flex bens pot + Pension + Healthplan + 36 days holiday + hybrid working

\nAs our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in optimising and managing our Salesforce platform. Working within an agile environment as part of a squad, you’ll configure the Salesforce platform for Simplyhealth, supporting the continued enhancement and deployment of Salesforce.com for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, solving complex problems and identifying technical solutions along the way.

\nKey responsibilities
\n•\tAdministration of Salesforce.com org.
\n•\tWork collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfil user stories.
\n•\tConfigure Workflows, assignment rules, validation rules, approval processes, user management, custom objects, custom fields, entitlement processes, record types, page layouts
\n•\tBuild relationships across the business to ensure there is a positive working environment
\n•\tProactive in finding new solutions to ways of working within Salesforce
\n•\tEnsure the Salesforce team processes are adhered to
\n•\tWork with the QA team to ensure testing is completed on all changes
\n•\tDeployment of changes through change sets (any experience in CI/CD pipelines is advantageous)
\n•\tHave an understanding of business processes being used in Salesforce by working closely with our users on a regular basis.
\n•\tPerform mass updates using Data loader.
\n•\tReview and recommend potential solutions using the Salesforce AppExchange
