Sapiens UK is looking for an Application Training Specialist/Technical Trainer to join our Cardiff team. You will be delivering high-quality training on our Life & Pensions solution: CoreSuite to internal teams, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate will excel at explaining complex technical concepts, possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with global teams.

Job Overview:
Sapiens Life and Pension is seeking a dynamic and skilled Application Instructor/Technical Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training on CoreSuite, our flagship product, to both internal teams, partners and Sapiens customers. The ideal candidate will be adept at explaining complex technical concepts, have hands-on experience with CoreSuite, and possess excellent communication skills.
What you will do:
1. External and Internal Training: Deliver training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams on the basic usage of CoreSuite, including how to effectively navigate the application, understand key features, and maximize the benefits of the platform.
2. Remote and On-Site Training and Implementation: Conduct training sessions remotely and, when required, travel to customer sites across the US and Europe to provide on-the-job practice and training implementation processes, in-person instruction.
3. CoreSuite Configuration Basics: Provide training on the fundamentals of configuring CoreSuite.
4. Technical Content Creation: Develop and create technical "how-to" video tutorials, user guides, and documentation for CoreSuite, helping users better understand and utilize the software in their day-to-day operations.
5. Training Environment Readiness: Work closely with development to ensure training environments are ready, aligning with the test scope. Coordinate with the development team to confirm that all technical aspects of the training environment are configured correctly, ensuring a seamless training experience.
6. Customer Communication and Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, communicating training schedules and preparing customers for upcoming sessions.
7. Training Coordination: Coordinate logistics to ensure training activities are aligned with project timelines.
8. Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and offer post-training support to ensure successful adoption of CoreSuite by customers.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CoreSuite and the life and pension insurance industry to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.
What you need to succeed:
1. +3 Years of Proven experience in application training, software implementation; Insurance sector is an advantage.
2. Proven experience in Life Insurance – Must.
3. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology or Business Management – Must.
4. Experience as a business analyst/support with a technical background – advantage.
5. Experience in developing technical training materials, such as video tutorials, user guides, and documentation.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences, including customers and internal teams.
7. Comfortable conducting both remote and in-person training sessions, with the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
8. Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and tasks simultaneously.
9. Willingness to travel to customer sites in the US and Europe, as required.
10. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
