The Solution: With a range of marketing automation and insight tools, the solution helps marketing professionals make key, intelligent, data driven decisions to optimise their performance marketing efforts across a range of channels.
The Role: As the Customer Success Manager, you will be an advocate for your clients and point of strategic contact for a book of clients generating around £400k per annum in revenue. Your role is to provide ultimate client satisfaction, help them see value from the range of modules within the platform and drive retention. Upsell is a valuable benefit and so if you have that commercial awareness and a customer-centric approach to account growth, this role is perfect.
No longer term contracts here; clients may operate on a monthly rolling basis, so a firm finger on the pulse and an unbeatable level of service delivered at every touch point is vital!
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a customer success role, ideally with a marketing aligned SaaS solution. A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction. A drive and desire to achieve, exceed and grow! Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. The desire to learn and improve. No egos here! Prior experience of using Planhat is beneficial.
