Team: Customer Services Role: Order Processing, Sales Support & Customer Service What You’ll Do: Y ou'll work closely with our customers, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless order experience from start to finish. You’ll handle everything from taking orders to solving customer queries, building strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery. Your goal? 100% customer satisfaction, every time. This role is based between: our Dartford head office - Riverbridge House, Anchor Blvd, DA2 6SL and our London Distribution Centre - Burnham Road, Dartford, DA1 5BL so you will need to be able to travel to both locations. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Handle and process orders via phone, email, and quotes, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery from start to finish Customer Communication: Keep customers updated with delivery information and assist with alternative product suggestions when items are out of stock Customer Support: Handle queries, track order statuses, and ensure all customer information is up to date in the system Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IAMs, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure all orders are processed smoothly and efficiently Problem Solving: Address customer service queries, including handling returns, replacements and delivery issues with care and professionalism Admin & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, update order statuses and support the Customer Service Manager with various tasks and reports Special Orders & Transport Support: Help with special item orders, direct deliveries, and provide transport options for VIP orders when needed What You Bring: Experience: Proven experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Customer Service Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office (Excel experience is a must) Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service Customer Focus: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and build lasting relationships Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key—ensuring orders are processed correctly and customer information is maintained accurately Problem Solver: Proactive, with the ability to find solutions to challenges as they arise Flexibility & Adaptability: Ready to take on a variety of tasks and adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic environment Bonus Points (Not Essential, but Helpful): Familiarity with Order Works or similar order processing systems (training will be provided).
