Apply now and become the tech talent of tomorrow In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 IT Support qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Providing first-line support to users via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and the internal ticketing system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) Working towards Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating tickets where appropriate based on urgency and customer needs Documenting all system changes and updates on the companys SharePoint system Assisting with common support tasks, such as password resets and resolving issues with ERP data accuracy, including performing software upgrades as required Using VPNs to securely connect to customer systems for remote diagnostics and support Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
