Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised support to individuals with autism, helping them develop life skills and achieve their goals. Create and implement engaging activities that promote social interaction and emotional development. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans. Foster a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring the dignity and respect of all individuals. Monitor and document progress, providing feedback to families and professionals. Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with autism or related fields is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and patient approach to care.
