The Role
We're looking for a co-founder to lead all commercial aspects of ko-br. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing our sales strategy, building and managing the commercial team, securing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
What Success Looks Like
* Securing pilot projects with key clients in the next 6 months.
* Building a high-performing sales team within the first year.
* Establishing ko-br as a leader in AI-powered robotics solutions.
How This Role Fits In
As CCO, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with me (the founder) to shape the company's overall strategy and direction. You'll have significant equity and a real opportunity to build something amazing from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy.
* Build and lead the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
* Identify and secure strategic partnerships.
* Manage key customer relationships.
* Oversee pricing and contract negotiations.
* Represent ko-br at industry events.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a commercial leadership role.
* Experience in robotics, AI, or related industries is a plus.
* Strong network of contacts in the manufacturing or logistics sectors.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building a successful company.
