Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure materials availability. Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulations. Identify areas for process improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Manage the allocation of labour, machinery, and materials to meet targets. Prepare and present regular reports on production output, efficiency, and cost.Key Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards. Effective planning and organisational skills. Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of production or manufacturing experience. Experience in a supervisory or management capacity is required. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Working Conditions: Majority of time in a production facility environment. Occasional evening or weekend work depending on production demands.
