About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to join our client on a 6-12month contract in Chiswick. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facilities, supporting general administration, and maintaining a well-functioning office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilities & Admin Support: Assist with general facilities tasks across a busy office site.
* Post Room & Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
* Storage & Office Maintenance: Maintain office storage areas, ensuring they are well-organized and accessible.
* Manager Support: Assist managers with miscellaneous requests related to office and facility needs.
* General Office Support: Provide hands-on assistance to keep the office running efficiently.
